Why am I getting an error

These failures occur when the supplier’s room inventory gets sold out in real time. Availability is dynamic and depends on the live response received from the supplier at the moment the request is processed. In some cases, the room may become unavailable between the search and review stages, which results in the room selection failure.

 

Explanation:
Hotel availability is dynamic and fetched live from the supplier. Between the search and review/block room stages, the selected room may:

  • Get sold out
  • Become unavailable
     

When this happens, the system is unable to proceed with the selected room, resulting in a “Hotel Review Failed” error.

What can you do?

  • Retry the search and select the room again
  • Choose an alternative room or hotel
