Why am I seeing the error “Some technical error, please contact your admin”?
This error message may appear on the Passenger (PAX) Details page while you are creating a booking. It is generally related to payment or short of balance.
Possible Reasons
1. Payment Gateway Not Integrated
- If you are trying to complete the booking using a payment gateway, this error may occur when:
⇒ The payment gateway is not integrated, or
⇒ The configuration is incorrect or inactive
- In such cases, the system cannot process the payment.
2. Insufficient Wallet Balance
- If you are using the wallet payment method, the error may occur when:
⇒ The B2B (Agency) wallet balance is zero or insufficient, or
⇒ The B2C (Customer) wallet balance is less than the selected fare amount
- The booking cannot proceed without sufficient wallet balance.
3. Insufficient API Balance (Important)
- Even if:
⇒ The payment gateway is working properly, and/or
⇒ The B2B/B2C wallet has sufficient balance
This error can still occur if the API balance is insufficient.
- The system requires adequate balance at the API level to complete the booking. If the API balance is low or zero, the booking will fail and this error message will be displayed.
How to Resolve This Issue
- Ensure the payment gateway is properly integrated and active
- Verify that the API balance is available and adequate
- If all the above are correct and the issue persists, please contact your technical/support team
